1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Products Eligible for Return:

    • Products can only be eligible for return if there is any of the condition occurs as mentioned below-
    • Wrong Product
    • Defected Product
    • Product Exchanged
    • Missing Parts


    • Products can be returned within 03 days of receiving the product(s), provided they are unused, in their original packaging, tags, slips and in the same condition as received.
    • Conditions for Returns:

      • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
      • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

    2. Process for Returns

    1. Initiate a Return:

      • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at return@salebrates.com or through our website's return request form within 03 days of receiving your order.
    2. Return Authorization:

      • After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
    3. Shipping for Returns:

      • The cost of return shipping will be borne by Customer/ Seller, depending on the reason for the return.
    4. Return Address:

      • Products should be returned to the following address informed through the mail.

    3. Refunds

    1. Processing Time:

      • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected, and the refund will be processed within 07 business days.
    2. Refund Method:

      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or an alternate refund method.
    3. Partial Refunds:

      • In cases where only part of the order is returned, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

    4. Exchanges

    1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

      • Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate your preferred replacement item. The shipping charges if any will be deducted while replacement and further the next shipping charges also applicable.
    2. Availability:

      • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item. If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be processed.

    5. Damaged or Defective Products

    1. Reporting Issues:

      • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@salebrates.com within 03 days of receiving the products.
    2. Resolution:

      • We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective products. Please mail us photographs and a detailed description of the issues related to the products at support@salebrates.com .

      • This Return & Refund Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any applicable Indian laws governing eCommerce transactions and consumer rights.
